Ordering repeat prescriptions
You may order prescriptions by telephoning the surgery after 10am on 01608 650317.
You may also order from Blockley surgery on 01386 700289 when it is open.
Prescriptions may be ordered by fax on 01608 650071. This fax number is available 7 days per week.
Pleas allow 48 hours notice to order prescription especially at weekends and Bank Holidays.
Prescriptions may also be ordered by e-mail via the link on the front page or on the e mail address below.
E.mails are retrieved only on Monday to Fridays as are faxes when office staff are in the surgeries.
If you elect to request prescriptions by the email prescription address you will have to enter information about yourself that will be sent to us across the internet. This information will not be encrypted, but will be no less secure than a normal email. We can not guarantee that this information will not be seen by others.
Dispensing prescriptions
Patients on the dispensing list,i.e those living more than one mile fron a chemist (as the crow flies!) ar able to have drugs dispensed from the surgery and collected from there if they wish.
