If you wish to speak to a Doctor the receptionist will either put you through to the Doctor who is free at the time or if he is engaged you may be asked to call back at an arranged time.

The best time to call is after morning surgeries.If your call is urgent or an EMERGENCY please make this clear to the receptionist at the time so it may be dealt with quickly.
