We aim to provide you, the patient, with a service that is practical and efficiently run, in a way that is acceptable and pleasing to you. We certainly need to know your comments if it is not.

Enquiries regarding services should be addressed, including any complaints or suggestions, to the Practice Manager.

Repeat prescriptions are normally issued on a monthly basis and we require 48 hours notice for these. Prescriptions requested at weekends may not be available for collection until the following Monday.

Pleas order early for Bank Holidays when we are closed.

Patients living more than 1 mile from a chemist may have their medication dispensed from our Surgery at their request.

We have attached Doctors who may spend up to one year in the Practice gaining experience in General Practice. Patients may see them as the other doctors in the practice.
