The Surgery will be working together with the 4 North Cotswolds Surgeries, Stow, Chipping Campden, Mann Cottage & Cotswold Medical Practice (North Cotswold Primary Care Network) to deliver the Covid & Flu Autumn Booster Vaccine Programme. All eligible registered patients will be invited to the Four Shires Medical Centre in Moreton-in-Marsh for their vaccine.
Whilst patients may receive a central letter offering appointments at national vaccination centres there is no need to travel outside of the local area.

The final preparations are still taking place but it is expected that the clinics will run at weekends commencing 23rd September until the 22nd October. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page and website for updates.
Invitations will be sent out as soon as arrangements are finalised with details of how to book and the process for enquiries.
In the meantime please ensure that the Surgery you are registered with has a current mobile phone number as invitations will initially be sent by text message.
Eligibility:
- those aged 65 years and over
- those aged 6 months to under 65 years in clinical risk groups
- pregnant women
- those in long-stay residential care homes – will be visited
- carers in receipt of carer’s allowance, or those who are the main carer of an elderly or disabled person
- close contacts of immunocompromised individuals
- frontline workers in a social care setting without an employer led occupational health scheme including those working for a registered residential care or nursing home, registered domiciliary care providers, voluntary managed hospice providers and those that are employed by those who receive direct payments (personal budgets) or Personal Health budgets, such as Personal Assistants.
