We have recently been asked where patients can leave feedback on the Surgery and Staff.
If patients would like to leave a review or comments on their experience or services received at the Surgery, please see below for links to both NHS England and our website feedback page. The are also cards in the surgery to complete and put in the collection box on reception.
These reviews are looked and discussed at teams’ meetings.
