We would ask that all patients be patient and understanding with our staff at this difficult time. Our staff are under a huge amount of pressure and we will not tolerate any threatening or abusive behaviour.

We have suspended our online appointment booking service.

Due to ongoing changes and advice Countywide on COVID-19 we have adapted our working practice to try and reduce any spread through out our community.

All pre-booked Doctors and Nurse appointments will be changed to a telephone consultations. The staff are all working hard to contact all affected patients.

All patients must contact the surgery by telephone before attending in person. It is no longer possible to make an appointment by coming in to the surgery in person.

All patients requesting appointments will be asked for contact details and if possible an indication of your condition so that are correct team member will call you back. If the Clinician decides that a face to face appointment can not be avoided then this will be arranged with the clinician.

Routine appointments, blood tests etc will not be available for the foreseeable future until immediate risk has passed. The Surgery will communicate this with patients via the Website, Facebook page and text message service. Please make a note to recontact us in the future to reschedule these appointments.
